I'd go with editing and uploads. People appreciate, pristine and professional video edits. I wouldn't stream just yet, until I grow a large fan base and my video analytics are continuously growing, every week. When you're in the ballpark of making money, that's when you should just bounce online and stream all you want.

I would focus more on personality and being entertaining first and foremost, by far the most important aspect. But you definitely want quality recordings and editing too, but not something to stress over, improves naturally over time anyway
