Something I have forgotten to mention here: You now get 2.5 million EXP per section playthrough that you submit! To claim the reward, you must submit a section playthrough like you normally would. This can stack so you can end up with a total of 5 million EXP for submitting playthroughs of both sections!

What happens if u get inf mine stunned and have to restart, do u take off the time up to then or does it still count

Unfortunately you will have to restart the race and the timer will keep going if you're attempting a section playthrough. (I know your pain lol)
