I actually didn't visit the original Jiggmin website back in the day (I only played PR2 and knew about Jiggmin on Kongregate) so I can't say anything

The old site before it went down in 2015 had quite a lot of activity on it... but ever since it went down, most of the members had migrated to http://forums.acidch.at/... which I don't even think that website is as active as it was back in 2015/2016.

Pretty much the community of PR2 has kind of disbanded since PR2 was getting older and older... and even more so when OG JV went down for good.
