Multitasking while in level slot

Real simple idea. usually when you are in the lobby and click on a level slot, you cant try to click anywhere else like the chat, pms or change your stats. It always automatically take you out the slot. Then you might miss out on a race with other players! A update that lets you make some final stat adjustments, change your hat etc, while slotted in would be real convenient for those last second things!

You can actually use the tab key to focus on another UI element without closing the course menu popup. Offhand, I know you can press tab twice to use the chat.

Nevertheless, a good idea. The only problem is with the current configuration, modifying it would messing with some of the mechanics around the race slots and sending/receiving messages from the server.
