Costumes are great. Hat minion is awesome. Spikes are cool. Sombrero would make way more sense as a double tap L/R ability. Hats look good, more movement options would be great.

Seriously though, The Dash feels natural and iconic, as if it is already in the game. My heart already made space for it in the nostalgia bank.
