Take the higher ranks out of the picture for a moment. Are you honestly happy with 1.2k?? It just seems like it takes forever, man. Also, like I told @Eternal... Why not have some sort of requirement, if not happy with this experience boost on average. 1k is really nothing, if you think about it.
