IP mismatch

its been ages since I've last logged in, how do i fix this?, I'm using my phones hotspot and it gives me the IP mismatch error, any way to fix this or should i give up, I searched for other posts talking about it but theres only 3, and they dont give a clear answer, also I doubt my IP will match, and reset my password but that also didnt work
I tried logging in with a guest account and it gave me the same error, is there any way to fix this?

First, I’d recommend deleting your currently Pr2 client install and redownloading it. I would also try opening the .exe client file directly from the .zip file without extracting it.
