Scrollable level chat

i don't play pr2 much but it'd be neat if you could scroll in level chat since apparently yall don't have that

Yeah! i always wanted to have that as an option, just scroll up to see what someone said before the chat itself eats it (for lack of a better word xD)

I remember a long time ago that used to be a thing for a while but then it got taken out for whatever reason. Don't quote on that though, it's been a long time but i do remember that being possible before.

Only problem is the PR2 chat apparently introduces a source of lag (source: Oxy analyzing PR2's performance with Adobe Scout CC), which this might aggravate

Is this not already in Pr2? I thought it was tbf, if not then yeah this is deffo something to add
