[PR2 Bug] Fred's name color in Hat Attack is wrong

Problem: Fred the G. Cactus gets demoted to Admin in Hat Attack mode
Type of Problem: Client
Expected Behavior: Fred is in a league of his own, indicated by his unmissable, bright green name!
Actual Behavior: He is relegated to the ranks of mere mortals instead

Steps to Reproduce the Problem:
1. Enter a Hat Attack level
2. Bump a Finish Block
Fred will send a message in the chat, and his name will be purple instead of green.

Master Raiden you could have just said Fred has the admin rank. This is JV, not medieval UK

Or maybe they're both the same thing actually

But why is the rank ourple though
