Place a water block directly underneath a rotate block then swim up into the rotate block, it will do nothing

I noticed even if the rotate block isn't directly over the water, it can still happen

place a up arrow beside the rotate block with water underneath the arrow. (with nothing below the rotate)

then while hanging off the arrow block, try to bump the rotate block, it will now do nothing even if your bumping it without the water.

Jiggmin tried to fix this bug, the original problem of it being directly beside it is now fixed, the rotate block does rotate the player.

However i've noticed this doesn't fix this way of doing it ^

and because of changing it to set the player in the jump state and now  the "freeze" state it acts like you been hit by a ice wave.
