[HTML PR2] Backgrounds are wrongly positioned

After Loading any level from the lobby or the level editor,
backgrounds are then wrongly loaded or positioned

they look correct in the level editor but when you test

Custom backgrounds don't seem to be working at all.
The background just becomes the color associated with the custom background.
