1: Newbieland 3* by animorphs - the classic Newbieland level besides Newbieland 2! This level has been in All Time Best since 2008, and deservedly so. Teaches all the basics and even has a guide section at the end!
2: Speed v2 by BestOf898 - get ready for speed! This break-neck pace level will have you flying through varied obstacles. Multiple paths galore, so keep an eye out for shortcuts and tricks!
3: Jail Break by The Racer - arguably the most known non-campaign race in 2008-2010. The prime destination for a good race back when I, and many others, were just starting out!
4: The Fighter's Retreat v.2 by Milkmann - an incredibly well-designed deathmatch by one of the best deathmatchers to grace the game. Block art and different areas enhance the experience!
5: RvsB, A New Hope by Mfdom - PR2 in 2008-2010 is basically synonymous with the RvsB levels. These levels have been mainstays in All Time Best, and tell a compelling story through fun levels. I've picked my favorite one.
6: Reality Engine by Mapleleaf - a compilation of some of the most famous level makers' best works. This one throws you into a whole host of the best bits of ATB and PR2's best creators!
7: Portal Temple by Justinbob100 - a very creative twist on PR2, and a great level with amazing art to boot. Absolutely love this level.
8: Pressure by DD667 - an homage to the objective race type, this level is objective racing perfected. A fast-paced level with great obstacles where you do everything in the order you like - but what's the fastest way?
9: Celestial Palace by Campaigns - a challenging masterpiece in level making by one of the best, this level has great obstacles and is worthy of being the exclamation mark on this campaign.
