A professional mermaid (Imagine the feet to be a tail, and the wings to be a shawl or other clothing accessory - but it floats to make the professional seem like they are underwater (idk, I'm thinking way too hard about this))
   
 A mad scientist. The Jumpstart hat and feet are examples of some wacky and weird inventions of his. The 'Slenderman' tentacles are some wired contraptions of some sort.
