Problem: Special characters display as their HTML escaped variant when replying to a PM
Type of Problem: Client
Expected Behavior: The text in the PM displays as it is shown in the PMs tab
Actual Behavior: Special characters are not displayed as they are shown in the PMs tab
Steps to Reproduce the Problem:
1. Send yourself a PM with special characters such as <, >, ', and "
2. Receive the PM and click the Reply to Message button
The special characters will be displayed differently in the pop up
Additional Information:
It wasn't like this a few months ago and there has not been any PR2 updates (as far as I know) before this started happening.
