Hi everybody! I hope some of you remember me from a while ago, but I've decided to make a reappearance and create a new profile for this JV Revival. It's nice to see some members I've known for a while now, and I can't wait to meet some new friends. c:

The title says it all. Certain parts used to give you some extra stat points. Example: the full stick set used to give +10 speed.

I think that some parts should still give up to +5 accel, speed, or jump, like the santa hat currently does.

Well nothing much to to write here.. im just wondering if its possible to recognize how to play a map if you are yet to play it, is it possible to make up the necessary knowledge as you make your path across the map, or does the game merely comes down to right use of stats and memorizing the layout or over practicing till you know it all inside out?

I always wondered if its possible, given key factors must be there that explain why map makers apply given combination of areas but there is simply no way to study them all there are way too many map and good map makers in this game..

I'm not exactly sure what is the measure of skill in a game like Pr2?

~ E.g if it pretty much all comes down to finding out what is going on around you when it comes to the map and the layout correct?
Yet there is no key factors to measure by as many players as many maps, i oftne tried limiting the variety to force an advantage for the practiced player side, but perhaps its not the ideal way of playing a game, relaxation is the goal after all and good vibes, that would explain and justify the need for simplicity and recognizable art styles that stand out and achieve simplistic yet unique looks with minimalized work behind it.

Its good to see jv back..    

I am very, very close to having a final version of my initial PR2 client edits (including a GitHub pull that will make sure the server works with the new changes). I would estimate that I'll have something to send to Jiggmin by the end of January. No promises or guarantees of course, but I'm feeling very optimistic about my progress thus far.

This being said, I haven't had reliable access to my computer and had the time to work on PR2 since Monday. Additionally, I'll have limited (if any) access to my computer until Wednesday. After that, I should be back to my regularly scheduled programming.

As you maybe know (maybe not) , Then flash games, will have some hard news in 2020. Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge, has blocked flash over the past years, but still made it playable for flash games.

But to the point. 

Pr2, and a lot of other great flash games, will have hard time in 2020, when the Flash will be removed permanently.

Other flash games making launchers for their games, and as a good example, then Artix Entertainment did the same.

The information is very easy to find, so i will find it more simple if you do it on your own .

So I've not been on properly the past few days just being because of Christmas and now new year's, I've got a lot of family things to do so I won't be on much until at least Wednesdayish. I tried to come on a bit but it's a bit too awkward for me to get on for reals, sorry about that, I'll be back in a few days!

So I've spent the past few days upgrading my watercooling setup and I really like how clean it ended up. The goal of this build was to get the PC as cool and quiet as possible. 

With an ambient temp of 27c and the fans at full speed during a stress test, the 1080 ti peaks at 30c and the delidded 6700k peaks at 45c with a 4.5GHz 1.264V overclock. With a more silence oriented fan curve the GPU and CPU peak at 43c and 56c respectively.
