Very bad, it effectively puts a fake price on stuff (via social pressure) and leads to undercutting salary too hard. I would tip 0% to not support such things.

With YouTube you're very at the mercy of the algorithm. Not sure about Nicovideo but I would assume similar to YouTube. Bandcamp I'm not too sure about but I feel you gotta get known in diff circles...

Yeah, I feel the best thing PR2 could do is to add a mode where you can have many many players (e.g. 32p) in a race This is what keeps PR3 active, the fact that you have 16p+ tournament battles/races...
